As General Manager of ProTrade Contracting, Frank plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s multi-trade delivery across painting, plasterboard, and flooring disciplines, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and Indigenous engagement.

Prior to his role at ProTrade Contracting, in 2010 Frank commenced an eight-year Federal Government initiative in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, delivering new housing for remote Indigenous communities. He provided multiple trade services, including demolition, plasterboard, external cladding, and painting, and was involved in the new build of over 1,000 houses. Throughout this period, Frank was a mentor and advocate for engaging local Indigenous community members, supporting skills development and trade training. The project was completed successfully, leaving a lasting positive impact on the communities involved.

In 2018, Frank was involved in major projects such as the $55M North West Shelf Housing Refurbishment for Woodside, managing the full repainting and internal lining of 400 homes over a four-year period. Under his leadership, Karratha Painting grew into the largest painting contractor in the Pilbara region, recognised for its robust quality assurance systems and community-based workforce.

In 2020, Frank led a successful two-and-a-half-year project for Chevron on Barrow Island, overseeing the refurbishment of 1,000 accommodation rooms within the workers’ camp. Trade services delivered included painting and floor-covering installation, executed within one of Australia’s most operationally complex environments.

Frank is a highly capable leader with proven expertise in coordinating and managing large teams of skilled trades personnel to perform at the highest level and deliver outcomes that exceed expectations. His leadership is defined by a strong commitment to Indigenous employment, skills development, and long-term partnerships with local stakeholders.

At ProTrade Contracting, Frank leads with integrity, efficiency, and a results-driven mindset—ensuring every project reflects the company’s values and its mission to deliver exceptional outcomes across Western Australia.
